Service Arrangements
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday, September 9, 2005 at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 10, 2005 at South Park United Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Pine Lawn Memorial Park.

Obituary
Louise Christine Johnson, 88, Rapid City, died Wednesday Sept. 7, 2005 at West Hills Village Health Care.
Louise was born Dec. 26, 1916 at Castlewood, SD to George and Christine (DeWall) Wessels, the youngest of six children. She was raised and educated in the Castlewood area.
She met Franklin ‘Buster’ Johnson in Interior and they were married Feb. 9, 1933 in Phillip, SD. They lived for a time in Custer State Park and later moved to Rapid City. She took care of Ft. Meade Veterans and helped her husband take care of various rental properties.
Louise moved to West Hills Village in the mid ‘90’s and has lived there since. She was an avid bridge player, devoted member of South Park United Church of Christ and was involved with their numerous activities. She enjoyed with the helping of others especially at West Hills Village.
Louise is survived by nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband ‘Buster’ in 1981, her parents, 4 sisters, Emma; Minnie; Grace; Marie and 2 brothers, George and Bernard.
A memorial has been established to benefit the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.
