Daniel Duane Gluhm, 63, of Rapid City, passed away on December 12, 2022, at his home in Rapid Valley.
Daniel was born in Madison, SD to Ordell and Mildred Gluhm on June 4, 1959. He attended school in Hot Springs, SD, and he graduated from high school there. He worked as a cook all through high school. He married Pondi Wilson on November 6, 1978, in Gatesville, TX. He was a veteran and served in the U.S. Army.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Pondi; daughter, Carly Lamb and her fiancé, Cole Whitehead; sisters, Louelle (Griff) Griffin, of Casper, WY, Gerri (Bob) Bridgford, of Lennox, SD, Barb (Ken) Horton, of Sioux Falls, SD; Patty Reichelt, of Custer, SD; aunt, Ann Burns, of IA, and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father and mother (Ordell and Mildred); brother, Donald Gluhm, and both sets of grandparents.
