Jeffrey (Jeff) Gossel, (58) passed away on September 30, 2023 after many years of health scares and uphill battles.

Jeff was born April 3rd, 1965 in Hot Springs SD to Laneta Evans and Fred Gossel. He graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1983.

When Jeff’s head wasn’t under the hood of a car, he could be found somewhere fishing or on his Harley.   

He was always known for his love of being outside- cars, motorcycles and all things that go fast- his “life of the party” personality- and above all… His stories about his daughters.

Jeff’s favorite memories included his countless lake days and camping trips with his older girls, numerous Sturgis rallies with close friends, his summer working at a local campground in the Black Hills with his three-legged dog, taking his grandson swimming and fishing, and stargazing with his youngest daughter Kinlee.

Jeff is survived by his sister Michelle, his three daughters: Spencer, Taylor and Kinlee, and his grandson Bentley. He is predeceased by both parents and his beloved brother Michael Mullet.

The family wishes to extend their great appreciation to the outpouring of love, support, and kindness in this time of bereavement and encourage all those that share in this loss to please – “Take your daughter fishing”.
