Johnny Ward. I remember our family driving across town to the Ward's house. Our parents would play cards in the kitchen. And us kids, the Hess Tribe and the Ward kids would play 45 records in the basement and dance! Good times! And Square Dancing with them. And Maren, he was good looking. Jill, Scott and Julie, we all had fun times together, I'm sorry for your loss. And I imagine that MARINE you married, fought the good fight right up until he went home to God and eternal life. We lost touch through the years. But every now and then one of us would run into one of the Ward's and catch up. And I'm pretty sure Scott contributed to Phyllis's gray hair too!! Prayers for strength during this time, as you grieve the loss of a loved one. Until you meet again...prayers and love being sent, Tonya Hess

Our families were very close while we lived in Sioux Falls. Johnny and I were square dance partners when we danced for The Midwest Prominaders in the late 1960’s…and we had so much fun. Our families did so many fun things together. Hugs to Johnny’s family as they travel this journey. Kris Hess/Westerbeck
