Wake services will start at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 28th at On Common Ground in Rapid City. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m., at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. Interment will be on Monday, October 31st, at 11:30 a.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Joseph Donovan Star “Big D” is survived by his wife, Carmen Star of Rapid City, SD; his father, Duane Star of Rapid City, SD; siblings, Kyle Star of Pennsylvania, Edsel Star of Pine Ridge, SD, Rose Renville of Rapid City, SD; children, Stevie Lynn Devona Gustafson, Isaiah DeNoyer both of Rapid City, SD; grandchildren, Marcus, Olivia, Meesha, Ally, David, Amy, Zaya, Joshua, Sioux Dawn, Jacob, Izzy, Precious; great grandchildren, Chloe Lynn, Emily Anne, D’Angelo, Josh II, Laura, Madden, Leonnah Libby, Eliza and Leo , Rosa Wanamaker; niece, Chloey Lamont; FURBABY, HOKI.
