The time has come that your earth body has lived life to the fullest and your spirit has met our Maker. What a joyful reunion it is! Thank you Brother B & Kathy for being a beacon and leading by example and making me feel like family. Brother B asked me if I will be there when his time comes and I will be. With much respect and gratitude for my adopted Dad, I will be there. Safely Home, he is safely home. ❤

Several years ago I had the wonderful privilege to meet Bro. Paul and Sister Kathy Bentley when a group of us from the Owingsville First Church of God in Kentucky stayed at the Rapid City First Church of God during a motorcycle trip to the Black Hills. They, and the church welcomed us with open arms and that was the beginning of a multi-year Christian fellowship. In our conversations, Bro. Paul, Sis. Kathy, and I realized that we knew several people in the Church of God who were mutual friends, namely Rev. Paul Floyd for one, and that let to many wonderful conversations together. I was so impressed by Bro. Paul's fervent attachment to the Church of God, his love for the Lord, and his commitment to doing God's work, which included a time here in Kentucky at Hope Hill Children's Home. My thoughts and prayers and those of the Owingsville First Church of God are uplifting Sister Kathy and the Bentley Family and we pray that you find comfort and peace in knowing that Bro. Paul's life mattered, he made a difference and he will be missed. May you be strengthened by your family, your faith and your friends and by many wonderful and precious memories that constitute the legacy that Bro. Paul leaves and the heritage that you receive. And, may you be comforted in knowing that Bro. Paul is now where he wanted to be; absent from the body and present with the Lord.

Uncle Paul, you saw me for me, you listened and loved unconditionally. You didn't see the stories, or the chaos, but that Showing Jesus was all that mattered to you..Grace and Mercy flowed through your veins...If I could have "chosen" Christian parents, I would have chosen you and Aunt Kathy.. I keep thinking your seeing Jesus face to face right now.. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus..I love you, until we meet His perfect always, Laura
