I Knew Tim years ago before he married. We were about a year apart in age. I lived up the street on Franklin as an infant and toddler. Tim was a really good guy as was his dad and brother Jay. I miss the Kellar family and hope they will accept my true condolences. They were all my best friends for many years. Terese, I am sorry I never got to meet you. Thank you for taking care of Tim. May your memories of Tim all be sweet and please accept my sincere condolences.

My Thoughts and Prayers are with Tim's Family RIP my old Friend and tell Jay Hi! Gone but You'll never be forgotten...

Tim had an easy smile and a loving heart for all. Our children grew up together on St Cloud St and as neighbors he could always be found either working, at home in the garage or with his wife and children. He was a true family man and loved spending time with his daughters and his lovely wife Teresa. There was always joy and friendship in their house. He was well known for extending his hand in friendship to neighbors or anyone that needed help. His ability to problem solve and fix anything was a skill he had mastered. I am so happy to have known Tim and I am so glad he experienced so much love and happiness in his life with family and friends. He will always be missed but never forgotten!

Tim was a lot of fun to be around, we all had so much fun at the different lakes around the area with our boats and a lot of friends. Love to Teresa and all the girls. Very sorry for your loss.
