Alice Louise Evans, 99, North Augusta, SC and formerly of Rapid City died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009. She is survived by her sister Betty Perkins, Boise, ID; 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Arvid Wesley Evans, Jan. 20, 1997.
