Arlene Lois Warren, 93, Rapid City, died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Golden Livingcenter-Bella Vista.She was born July 31, 1920 in Earlham, IA to Melvin Paul and Jepena (Bogh) Reid. Arlene grew up in Iowa and graduated from high school in Estherville.Arlene married Donald L. Warren on December 14, 1941 in Fairmont, MN. They lived in various places including Puerto Rico, San Diego, Pensacola, FL and moved to Rapid City in 1949. She and Donald operated a tourist court called CBH Park.She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.Arlene is survived by 2 sons, Stephen Warren, Puyallup, WA, Craig Warren, Kansas City, KS; 2 daughters, Pamela Ackerman, Highlands Ranch, CO, Debra Dathe, Rapid City; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and a brother, Robert Reid, Corpus Christi, TX.She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald on November 26, 1991, a daughter, Candace Holcomb, a brother, Jordan Reid and a sister, Betty Griffith.
