Obituary For Billy E. Huseby
Billy Edward Huseby, 67, Black Hawk, died Saturday July 28, 2012 at home. He was born April 2, 1945 in Sundance, WY to Roy and Annie Huseby. He grew up and attended school in Hulett, WY and worked for Neimon Sawmill. Billy married Donna Wendt and they had 3 sons, Raymond, and twins Donny and Billy. He also helped in raising her son Randy Wendt. They later divorced. Billy moved to Rapid City in 1978. He was a trucker for many years as an owner operator and he last drove for Gallant Trucking. He married Irene (Dahlberg) Moore on July 21, 1999 in Sturgis, SD. He loved horses and had a pony ring. He enjoyed visiting with truck drivers and especially enjoyed his visits with his best friend, Jerry Johnson. Billy is survived by his former wife, Donna Huseby, Wichita, KS; 3 sons, Raymond Huseby, Rapid City; Donny and Billy Huseby; his step-son Randy Wendt, all of Wichita, KS; his wife Irene Huseby, Black Hawk; her children, Jackie (Jeremy) Geiman, Rapid City; Denise Bomford, Piedmont; grandchildren, Josiah, Malachi, Sheridan Wendt; Ray, Chelsie, Dustin, Tyler Huseby; Melissa Derr and great granddaughter Ember Huseby; step-grandchildren, Cassie, Justin Bomford; Hayle and Alicyn Geiman and his brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters and a brother.
