Obituary For Budwin \'Bud\' Jesse Grover

Budwin ‘Bud’ Jesse Grover, 88, of Rapid City, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Westhills Village Healthcare. He was born on June 3, 1929 to William and Ethel (Hamm) Grover in Rapid City, growing up in the Rockerville, Hill City, and Keystone area. Throughout his life, he has had various occupations from mining, driving truck, and most recently a tour bus driver. On May 4, 1985 he married Berna Trusty at the Stavkirk Chapel. In his spare time, he loved raising cattle, ranching, and sitting on his deck soaking up the sun and watching people pass by.

Budwin is survived by his wife, Berna; daughters Donna (Howard) Van Engen, Cathy (Brian) Cook; son Michael (Stacy) Grover; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty (Dennis) Allison, and Norma (Donald) Lynde. He was preceded in death by two wives, Alfreida and JoAnna; two children, Carol Neely and Loren Grover; and his brother, Norman Grover.
