Cecil H. Pigsley, 89, Rapid City, died Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Ft. Meade Medical Center.Cecil served in the US Army from January 7, 1943 until his honorable discharge on November 30, 1945.He is survived by his wife, Muriel, Phoenix, AZ; 3 sons, Steven, Black Hawk, Thomas, Sandy, UT , Gary, Kernersville, NC and a daughter, Paula Jean Hoglo, Whitewood; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; a brother, Elra Piglsey, Rapid City.He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Mary, a grandson, a sister and 2 brothers.
