Obituary For Deborah Ann Anderson
Deborah “Debbie” Anderson, 58, passed away September 26, 2014 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Debbie was born November 16, 1955, at Ellsworth Air Force Base to James and Virginia (Hathorn) Pendley. Her family moved often with her Father’s Air Force career before settling back in South Dakota. Debbie married Ronald “Andy” Anderson on March 20, 1976 in Andalusia, AL. With Ronald being in the Air Force as well, they lived overseas for a time before moving to Folsom, SD in 1985. Debbie’s family and friends was the most important thing to her, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed taking care of the many animals she had and spending time outdoors. Debbie is survived by her husband, Ronald of Folsom, SD; her daughter, Melissa (Merlin) Whitney of Folsom, SD; her son Ronald, Jr. (Stephanie) Anderson of San Diego, CA; her sister, Diana (Bill) Litzenberg of Rapid City, SD; and three grandchildren, James Sistak of Folsom, SD, Allena Anderson of San Diego, CA and Spencer Anderson of San Diego, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Virginia Pendley.
