Obituary For Diana Sandusky

Diana Lynn Sandusky (DeeDee) was born November 10, 1960, to Charles and Karleen Whitney in Rapid City, SD.

Diana married Pete Sandusky on January 15, 1979. They were married for 47 years. Diana was a wonderful and loving mother and wife. She loved doing arts and crafts. Diana really loved doing diamond art and coloring. Diana loved her family with all her heart; she also loved to sing and dance with her daughters.

Diana is survived by her husband Pete Sandusky of Rapid City, SD, sisters Sharon Swanson, Jacksonville, FL, Evelyn Cumberworth, Linda Bell, both of Rapid City, SD and Judy Branum of Boise, ID. Peter Sandusky, Anastasia Odenbach and Mattthew Sandusky of Rapid City, SD. Heather Sandusky of Yankton, SD, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Karleen Whitney, one brother Gary Whitney, one sister Joyce Kordonowy, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.

    My mom was my best friend growing up she was always there to make the bad days better like when I started driving the big trucks over the road I had a big scare and she stayed with me on the hours to get me through the early morning hours tell I calmed down
