Obituary For Elizabeth G. Randall
Elizabeth G. Randall, 91, Rapid City and formerly of Seattle, WA passed peacefully to walk eternally with the Lord on Friday, May 18, 2007 at Fountain Springs Health Care. She was born April 23, 1916 in Mohall, ND to Frank and Martha Covey. She attended and graduated from high school in Missoula, MT. Gen attended St. Mary’s Nursing College and graduated in 1937 becoming a registered nurse. She married Bill Randall in 1938. She spent the majority of her adult life in Seattle where she worked at Virginia Mason Hospital and Lake City Nursing Home and later at Group Health Hospital where she retired from in 1981. She made many friends during the working years as she was a very loving and generous person.Gen moved to Rapid City area in 1995 to be with her daughter Bonnie.She lived in Black Hawk for five years and then suffered a stroke. She spent the next seven years at Fountain Hills Health Care where she made many more friends and received excellent care.She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie and husband Larry Rowley, Rapid City; 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Gerry in 1995, Denny in 2007 and 2 brothers.
