Felicia Fay Stevens, Nov. 1, 1979 to August 22, 2012, Rapid City died at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Felicia was an ‘utterly amazing woman; has walked on Hell’s Flames and is now flying with the Angels!”She is survived by many who truly loved her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Brown, her grandparents and her nephew Christopher Reed.
