Frances R. Kellem., 77, Rapid City, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Rapid City Regional Hospice House.She is survived by 2 daughters, Kathy(Kenneth) Campbell and Lori Hodgin both of Rapid City; 3 grandchildren., Kasey Campbell, Michael Campbell, Greg Hodgin and fiancée Linda Lehmann and her daughters, Natalie and Ava; a brother, Wesley Wilburn; special friend, Harold Messner, Rapid City and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Kellem and an infant son, Douglas.
