Harley Eugene Larson, 59, Rapid City died Wednesday, Aug 28, 2013 at home. He was born Oct 9, 1953 to Lyle and Charlotte (Krumbach) Larson in Sioux Falls. He attended school in Sioux Falls and graduated from Washington High School. He married Barbara Richmond of Feb 20, 1987. Harley worked for Bice Drilling from 1973 to 2005 and for Dakota Bice Drilling from 2005 to 2013. He enjoyed art drawing, carpentry, mechanics, trike riding, camping, fishing and spending time with family. He is survived his wife Barbara, Rapid City; his son Corey Larson, Aurora, CO; his daughter Sonya (Matt) Gibson, Rapid City; two grandchildren, Cole O’Grady and London Gibson, his mother, Charlotte Larson, Sioux Falls; three brothers, Eldon Larson, Sioux Falls, Russell “Rosco” Larson, Rapid City and Loren Larson, Sioux Falls; 6 sisters, Marilyn (Dennis) Wilson, Omaha, NE; Maxine Shaw, Dent, MN; Beverly (Todd) Thompson, Yankton; Bernice Walker, Littleton, CO; Susan Larson and Sheila Gable, both of Sioux Falls. He is preceded in death by his father, Lyle Larson; his grandparents, Ole Larson and Clair Satter and Harry and Minnie Krumbach and his brother-in-law, Neal Shaw.
