Ina Jeanette Keester, 87, Rapid City, died Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She was born on December 20, 1929 in Scenic, SD to Ward and Ellen (Christianson) White. She grew up near Cuny Table in the Scenic area. On May 23, 1948 she married the love of her life, James C. Keester. In 1956, they moved to Caputa, later moving to Rapid City in the fall of 1989. She was a longtime employee of the Ellsworth Air Force Base commissary. Ina enjoyed spending time with her family and attending races. She is survived by her daughters Sherri Vickers and Ileane Keester both of Alliance, OH; sons Michael Keester (Nancy Gibson), William (Amy) Keester, both of Rapid City, and James Sour of Sioux Falls, SD; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband James C. Keester April 22, 1990; 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and a son in law, Ron Vickers.
