Irene S. Smith, 75, Black Hawk, died Friday, July 13, 2012 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Smith, Black Hawk, 3 daughters, Cheryll L. Wallace, Plattsmouth, NE, Vicki S. Brewer, St. Paul, MN, Kathie J. Smith, Brownsburg, IN; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a brother, Robert Theisz, Terre Haute, IN.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Helen Theisz.
