Iris M. Womack, 85, Rapid City died Thursday Dec. 18, 2008 at Fountain Springs Healthcare. She was born March 29, 1923 in Bend, SD to Albert P. and Anne M. (Schmitz) Gilles. Iris was a seamstress for 35 years. She is survived by her daughter, Mary and husband Curtis Ketchum; son Charles and wife Nancy Womack; all of Rapid City; daughter-in-law, Jackie Womack, Pierre; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Thomas and wife Carolyn Gilles, Caputa; Albert Gilles, Jr, Lead and her sister Rosemary and husband Richard Smith, Gainesville, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Womack, 1 son, Ronald, 1 brother Leonard Gilles and her parents.
