Irma L. Rieger, 81, Rapid City, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.She was born January 25, 1932 at Greenway, SD to Peter and Lydia (Quashnick) Shriner. She is survived by her son Al ‘Lucky’ Rieger, Rapid City; her daughter Teresa Keller, Indiana; grandchildren; great grandchildren and her sister, Esther James, Seattle, WA. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, Feb 9, 2006 and her daughter, Nicole Kellsy, May 15, 2006.
