Obituary For Jerry Carl Puckett, Sr.
Jerry Carl Puckett, Sr., 74, Hermosa, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016 at Rapid City Regional Hospice. Jerry was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Hermosa. He will be very missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his two sons, David (Dawn) Puckett, Hermosa and Jerry Puckett, Jr., Oregon; his daughter Karen (Chris) Mulmul, Black Hawk; 2 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild and 3 step-great grandchildren; his brother Phil (Vinnie) Puckett, Kyle and numerous nieces and nephews.
