Obituary For Julie Ann Franke

Julie Ann Franke, born Julie Ann Geigle on January 28, 1976, in South Dakota to her mother Madelyn Mitchell, lived a life filled with warmth, resilience, and a heart open to all. Throughout her life, she wore many hats-working at Riddle's Jewelry, Duhamel Broadcasting, and a mortgage company-before discovering her true calling in caring for others. She opened her own in-home daycare, where she nurtured countless children, and later launched a cleaning business with the heartfelt mission of helping women find balance between their homes and careers.

Julie experienced the trials of two marriages that ended in divorce, but it was through her marriage to Kelsey Franke that she received her greatest giftโ€”her beloved son, Greyson Franke. Her Gman, bug-a-boo, tink tink, little badger. Greyson was the center of her world, her reason for everything, and the purest joy in her life. Their bond was unbreakable, built on unconditional love and fierce devotion.

Julie's warmth extended far beyond her family. She built deep, lasting relationships with friends who became family, offering love and kindness to everyone lucky enough to know her. She was the kind of person who made you feel seen, cherished, and accepted just as you were.

Julie is survived by her beloved son, Greyson and a wide circle of family and friends who will carry her love and spirit with them always. A service and celebration of her beautiful life will be held on Sunday, May 18th at 11 a.m. at Behrens Wilson Funeral Home. Julie would want us all to come together-not in sorrow, but in love-to celebrate the joy she brought into our lives. She knew how deeply she was loved, and she would want us to remember her with laughter, stories, and the same warmth she gave so freely to everyone she met.

Julie was a dynamic person. If you were on her "A list," she would give you the shirt off her back. She always was positive about everything on the surface even though underneath she carried a lot of sorrow. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her .๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฅฐ
