Obituary For Kati Julie Jenkins

Katjia ‘Kati’ Julie Jenkins, 62 Rapid City, died at home. She was born May 9, 1952 in Oklahoma, to Gordon and Barbara (Gelaseus) Jenkins. She grew up in Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Masters Degree in English. She has lived in Rapid City for many years and was an assistant to Stan Adelstein. Kati was active in the community and was a devoted grandmother. She is survived by her children, Callie Geving and Jacob Jenkins; 3 grandchildren,Hallie, Hayden, Lyv all of Star Prairie, WI and 2 brothers, Chris and Andrew Jenkins both of Illinois. She is preceded in death by her brother Jerry and her parents.
