Kevin Edmund Degler, 53, Rapid City, died Thursday Sept 12, 2013 at his residence. He served in the US Military. Kevin is survived by his parents, Edmund and Teresa (Okoniewski) Degler, Catham, NJ; his sister Blair Davis, Granbury, TX and one nephew.
