Obituary For Lila M. Trask
Lila M. Trask (87) entered into eternal rest on November 12, 2007. She was born toJohn and Minnie Moler, in Wall, SD, and was given the nickname Tiny by her bigsister because she was small enough to fit in a shoebox. Tiny grew up as a farmgirl and married rancher Roy Trask in 1936. That began the family that includes sixchildren, 23 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.During her life in Wall and Rapid City, Tiny touched many lives and gained manyfriends. She always worked hard, but especially after Roy died in 1963. She wasadmired, loved and respected for the strength, perseverance and spirit that wasevident in her daily life.Tiny was a wonderful cook and especially known for her cinnamon rolls. Her kitchenwas always open for those wanting a cup of coffee. On a side-note, the women whoknew Tiny well always envied her flawless legs!We say good-bye with sadness at our loss, but also with joyful hearts, knowing thatshe is at peace forever.Lila, Bill, Bud, Ronnie, Bob and Barbara
