Obituary For Mary Catherine Maki
Mary Catherine 'Cat' Maki, 61, of Hermosa, SD, passed away December 8th, 2025 in her home in Hermosa, SD.
Cat was born in Rapid City, South Dakota to Leroy and Minnie (Baker) Bolt on April 30, 1964. She went to school in Rapid City and graduated from Central High School. She married Keith Maki on April 12, 1998 in the Black Hills. Cat worked at a few gold companies before becoming a homemaker and hobbyist who made beautiful artwork for her family and friends.
Cat is survived by her husband, Keith Maki; grandchildren, Crystal Riemann and Mason Maki; and sister, Brenda Little and many nieces and nephews.
Cat is preceded in death by her mother, Minnie, father, Leroy, and older sister, Merle.
