Obituary For Maxine G. Weiler

Maxine Gladys Weiler passed away peacefully October 15th, 2011, at the age of 85. She was born June 8th, 1926, to William and Bertha Fried in Zeeland, North Dakota. She moved to Missoula, Montana in 1935 and married Roy Peter Weiler on July 5th 1947. Over the years she worked for Hughs Gardens, Gold Medal Creamery, Missoula Laundry and retired after 22 years at the White Pine and Sash Lumber Company in 1988. She was preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters and her husband Roy in 1990. In 1997 she sold her home and moved to Rapid City, SD to be nearer her son and his family. Maxine was a very independent lady and continued to live on her own and maintain her home until the spring of 2011. Survivors include a son, Michael Weiler of Rapid City, SD, a sister, Delores Bache of Missoula, MT, two grandsons Adam Weiler and Paul Weiler both of Rapid City, SD, and two great grandchildren. Survivors also include 6 nieces and nephews.
