Merle T. Potter, 71, Rapid City died Tuesday May 6, 2008 at his home. He was born July 3, 1936 in Rapid City, SD to Harold and Mary (Bennett) Potter. He is survived by his wife Lois, Rapid City; daughter Colleen and husband Matthew Viter, Montgomery, AL; sons, Rick and wife Sherry Potter, Cheyenne, WY; Allen and wife Sherry Mesowski, Rapid City; grandchildren, Hillary Baker; Sarah Sharon; TJ and Terry Potter; Mark Matthew, Mitch and Melissa Mesowski and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and two sisters.
