Mildred B Snouffer, 82, Rapid City passed with Annie and Janet beside her as usual on Monday Sept. 8, 2008 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She was born April 21, 1926 in Artesian, SD to Martin and Selma (Ramsley) Boysen. She grew up in Artesian and graduated from Artesian High School. She married Francis Snouffer on Oct. 4, 1948 in Luverne, MN. Mildred is survived by her children, Annette Snouffer; Janet (Dave) Kaiser, all of Rapid City; Sandra (Gary) Evan, Chardon, OH; Sharon (John) Stewart, Grass Valley, CA; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
