Nellie Stencil, 95, Rapid City, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at Rapid City Regional Hospital with family at her bedside.She was born June 21, 1918 and would have soon been 96 years old.Nellie is survived by sons, Leo, CA, Stan, OR, Larry, WA,; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a sister, Devota, Custer and many nieces and nephews.She had many personal friends and loved time spent with them in addition to all the people at Meals on Wheels and Interim.
