Obituary For Patrick Allan Tracy
Patrick Allan Tracy, 52, Rapid City went peacefully to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009 at home surrounded by loved ones, after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 6, 1956 in El Paso, TX to Donald & Aileene Tracy. As a military dependent he spent his childhood in various states, before the family was transferred to Ellsworth AFB in 1964, where he attended the Douglas School System. As an adult he made Rapid City his home. Pat enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time outdoors, but what he enjoyed the most was his family. He was an inspiration to us all, during his 3 year battle. He will be greatly missed by those he left behind; his loving partner of l6yrs Judy Soenksen, beautiful daughter Alicia Tracy, handsome son Chase Tracy-Soenksen all of Rapid City; Parents Donald & Aileene Tracy, Box Elder, brothers Donald Jr., Sturgis, Richard (Carla), Box Elder, Michael (Toni), Gillette WY, John (Leann) Oak Harbor WA; Sisters Theresa Tracy-Schutz (Mike), Box Elder, Cheryl Hamrick (Chuck), Park City UT and numerous nieces and nephews.
