Obituary For Randall Ray Haibeck

Randall Ray Haibeck, 60, Rapid City, lost his fight for life and passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the Rochester Methodist Hospital. He was born June 3, 1955 in Bismarck, ND. He was the son of Harvey and Darlene (Gregor) Haibeck. He lived most of his life in Rapid City, SD. He was married there to Deloris (Jensen) Schmidt on May 9, 1991. Randy was a roofer by trade but also enjoyed computers, stocks and Fox News. Some of his hobbies included playing cards, collecting coins, metal detecting and drum playing. He is survived by his wife, 4 children, Brittany Haibeck and Tiffany Haibeck, both of Maryland; Travis Haibeck and Megan Haibeck, both of Rapid City; 2 step-sons, Ricky Schmidt, Rapid City and Jesse Schmidt, San Diego, CA; 4 grandchildren; his mother, Darlene Boit, Sioux Falls; 2 sisters, Cindy Haibeck and Julie Bott, both of Sioux Falls; his brother Mark (Kim) Haibeck, Rapid City; 1 half brother, Don (Toni) Boit, Rapid City; 4 nieces and 5 nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Haibeck and his grandparents.
