Roger D. Jelkin, 78, Hill City, died Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.He was born March 25, 1933 in Sioux Falls. He was a retired employee of Black Hills Power and Light. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Korean Veteran Club.He is survived by his wife, Holli, Hill City brother Duane(Connie) Jelkin, Rapid City; dogs, Dakota and Molly; a niece Shelly(Bob) Fleming; nephews, Warren(Paula) Malone, Todd Malone all of Rapid City, Mark(Tamara) Jelkin, Minnesota, Brett(Janet) Jelkin, Colorado.The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Rapid City Regional Cardiac Rehab.
