Roy W. Moran, 83, Rapid City, died Tuesday Dec. 5, 2006 at the Clarkson-Mt. View Healthcare. Roy is survived by his daughter Loretta Thomas, Belle Fourche; his son Charles Moran, LaCenter, WA; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 1 brother, Lyle Morris, Rapid City. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Warren Morris.
