Susan Kathleen Scharer, 72, Summerset, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Scharer, Summerset; her son Robert and his wife Nicole, California; two sisters, Betsy and her husband Ron Vandenberg, Spokane, WA, and Carol and her husband Cormac Devine, Sparks, NV and her brother Ron Evans, Pennsylvania.
