Alex Salway, Terry's son was my childhood best friend. We were neighbors as our homes shared a backyard. it was in that backyard that Terry would sit us down and give us advice. Terry was a nice man; he cared about his family and his people. My grandfather, the Rev. Dr. Gerald Yellowhawk passed in January. My grandpa told a few months before he passed that Terry came to help him and drove my gpas pickup so they could take some things to the dump. Terry was always helping. I can only imagine what they talked about. My prayers go out to his boys and grandchildren. May the creator God give you all the comfort you need during these hard times. We are going to miss you Terry.

Terry was always a big part of our lives for years. Leo Brewer taught Terry how to drive those Semi's. Terry helped when Leo was so sick so made me happy to help Terry every chance he called us. He meant the world to us...!!!

To Terry's family and friends, Terry was a part of the Walenta clan and our numerous gatherings for many years. He always intrigued so many of us with his storytelling and knowledge of many subjects. He loved having a good time, was always up for an adventure, and influenced many with his wisdom. He loved his sons and grandchildren very much. Prayers for Terry to have a good journey to the spirit world. Our condolences to all Terry's family. RIP, good and faithful servant.

I met Terry probably in 1965, through school, boy's club, Horace Mann, NJH, & Central High, never had a negative word with Terry, always seemed happy & genuine, we've lost several our classmates from North Rapid, won't be long before we are all in the Spirit World, Rest In Peace, Terry 🕊️🕊️🕊️
