William David Sheldon, 55, Rapid City, died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at home. He was born February 1, 1962 to Thomas Edward and Ruby Mae (Hall) Sheldon in Lynwood, California. He is survived by his children, Stephen ‘Cody’ Sheldon, Hillsboro, OR; and Jayme Sheldon and a brother, Terrence Sheldon, Arvada, CO.
